Heading for Unitary:The Reformation Scheme of China's Household Register System
本文在总结过去经验的基础上，根据中国人口、经济和社会发展现状，设计了户籍制度进一步改革的基本方向、路径以及短期和长期的关键步骤。
Although China's household register system improved continuously in the three decades after opening-up and reform,it still did not complete the task.Household registration system still is an important institutional factor of hindering urbanization.Therefore,it is necessary to design the direction and mode of the further reform of Chinas Household Register System on the basis of well summed up past experiences and according to the current situation of Chinas population,economic and social development.This article not only designs the basic direction and path of further reform,but also proposes key steps in short-term and long-term respectively.
