Heterogeneity,Fiscal Decentralization and Urban Economic Growth
利用2001-2008年中国266个地级市面板数据，基于分位数回归模型检验财政分权对城市经济增长的影响，发现财政分权有显著正向作用，但效果在不同分位点存在差异，且空间策略互动会抑制多数城市的经济增长。
Using the panel data of 266 Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2001 to 2008,and considering the heterogeneity of individuals and parameters,the paper testes the influence of fiscal decentralization on the urban economic growth based on the quantile regression model proposed by Koenker(2004).The results showed that fiscal decentralization had a significant positive impetus on the urban economic growth,which is discrepant in different quantile;robustness test based on sample grouping verified the same conclusion.Even considering the spatial tactful interaction of fiscal decentralization,fiscal decentralization also stimulated the urban economic growth,but the spatial tactful interaction of fiscal decentralization impeded the economic growth of vast majority of cities.
