A STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELPMENT PLANNING OF INDUSTRIAL GROUP IN EAST SHENZHEN
研究了深圳东部工业组团在可持续发展框架下的合理开发规模，通过容量分析指出2005年和2010年的总开发面积应分别为30和49.2平方公里，为区域规划提供参考。
Sustainable development planning,the core of regional planning, aims at the coordination of social development, economic development, resources supplication and pollution capacity of environment. In order to avoid pursuing high economic growth simply, which may exhaust resources and collapse ecological environment, regional planning should make sure how much land and water should supply according to economic development planning, and how much pollutant it will produce. If economic development will consume more water and land than the regional supplication, it will get resources capacity restriction. If economic development produces pollution more than the regional environment capacity, then it will get environment capacity restrictionRegional planning had been done three times for Industrial Group in East Shenzhen since 1995, but each planning of exploitation scale was different to the other. By capacity analysis, this paper points out that total reasonable exploitation scale for Industrial Group in East Shenzhen should be 30 km 2 in 2005, and 49.2 km 2 in 2010. For industrial park, it should be 10 km 2 in 2005, and 24 km 2 in 2010.
