Regional industrial agglomeration is the important driving force for the development of city group.With the agglomeration and dispersion of industry,cities and towns are developed.City group is the important place for regional industrial agglomeration.The enlargement of cities makes the dispersion and re-agglomeration of industries.The coordination of regional agglomeration and city group is good for the whole regional development.New industrial agglomeration was developed in the process of the revitalization of Northeast China.The agglomeration of coal industry,iron and steel industry,petrochemical industry push the development of city group.Equipment manufacturing industry made more advantage in the process of restructuring and upgrading.The development of high-tech industrial zone makes opportunity for the new industries.It is needed to adjust industrial structure and reallocate industry for the revitalization of old industrial base.
