THE STUDY ON THE MIGRATION PROBLEMS AND POLICIES OF MEDITERRANEAN UNION
研究了地中海联盟中从南欧和东欧向北欧的移民问题，特别是非法移民带来的社会问题，以及欧盟与地中海沿岸国家合作形成的多层移民政策体系，并指出其对中国移民政策建设的启示。
Migration is one of the important issues on the agenda of Mediterranean Union,the numberof migrants is huge,who migrate from the South and East of Mediterranean to the North,furthermore,the number is increasingly ascending.However,illegal migrants have led to many social problems to the recipient countries.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,the European Union has actively cooperated with the countries alongside the Mediterranean,which has formed a multilayer migration policy system composed of the EU,the relevant areas and states.Though the result is not so much encouraging,it still can enlighten the construction of Chinese migration policy.
