Land Use Change in Rural Space Transition——A Case Study of Jiaozhong Village
研究广东佛山一个工业化村庄30年间的土地利用变化，发现耕地大幅减少，道路、公共设施和住宅用地周期性增加，工商业用地相继增长，并分析了其驱动机制。
Land use change is a crucial issue in the rural space transition during China's rapid urbanization and industrialization.The paper analyzes the 30 year's land use change of a rural industrialization village in Foshan City of Guangdong province.The result shows that arable land decreased dramatically,the road,public facility,and residential land increased periodically,and the industrial and commercial land increased one after another.The mechanic of this land use change include:in the involvement of multiple main bodies,the margin between the industry upgrade income with land capitalization income and the land use change cost is the main driving force of the land use change;different formal and informal institutional factor have adjusted this margin.The land use change leads to rural urbanization,mobility,and village social space reconstruction,which promote the rural space transition of the village.
