The Interactive Function and Policy Implications of the EM and the Industrial Increase in Tianjin——An Empirical Analysis Based on the 8 High Dissipative Energy Users
本文利用灰色关联分析法，研究了1996至2006年间高耗能行业能源消费与工业增长的互动关系，发现高耗能行业能源消费推动工业增长，且高技术产业能耗不容忽视，为“十一五”节能目标和“十二五”规划提供了参考。
It can offer the scientific gists in the next steps in energy saving to analyze the interactive function of the EM in high dissipative energy users and the industrial increase.This article analyzed the interactive function during 1996 to 2006 by grey associated analysis method.Through research,the authors found that the energy consumption in high dissipative energy users impulsed the industrial increase,and it should not ignore the energy consumption in high-technology industry.In the end,the authous pointed out the valuable references for coming true the energy conservation target of eleven fives and making plans for the twelve fives.
