ANALYSES OF CHARACTERISTIC FOR SPATIAL—TEMPORAL CHANGE IN DYNAMIC LAND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Land cadastral management system is one of the most typical application systems in temporal GIS(TGIS).In this paper,the spatio-temporal concept,data structure and the method of implementation for land cadastral information system are discussed.By taking an example of the land cadastral management,the spatio-temporal change character and process of are analyzed.A new extended model of Base State with Amendments(BSA) is presented.By importing Dynamic Multilevel Base State with Amendments(DMBSA) and Storage Factors of Variable Granularity(SFVG),the inquiring efficiency of system is markedly improved.And how to organize data,build topological relations and storage data in database are also emphatically discussed.At last,a software package of dynamic land cadastral information system based on above model and methods are introduced.The system operates on Microsoft SQL Server2000 in Client/Server.Its running network environment is Wondows NT Server 2000 and client is Windows 9x or Windows workstation 4.0/2k/xp professional operation systems.Another important technology used in dynamic land cadastral information system is self-developed Spatial Database Engine(SDE).In the end,the correctness,validity and practicability of the mentioned model and methods for the ReGIS are validated.The dynamic land cadastral information system is practically used for more than two years in many provinces,which shows that its design is advanced,efficiency high and operation stable.
