THE ECONOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF CITY PAIR AIR PASSENGERS OF CHINA
基于2002年352个中国城市对数据，用半对数线性计量模型分析影响航空旅客量的因素，发现距离、机场登机人数、人口密度等比GDP更相关，可用于航线网络需求分析。
City-pair air travel demand is the principle information in airline networks development.Based on the analysis of factors affecting city-pair air passengers,a semi-log linear econometric model was specified.Using the OLS estimation procedure and a cross-section data set of 352 city pairs of 2002,the model was estimated.The result shows that distances,airport emplaned passengers,population density,business volume of post and telecommunication service,civil vehicle owned per person and the city's character have more close relationship with city-pair air passengers than GDP in Chinese air passenger market.The regression function of city-pair air traffic can also be used as a basis of airline network demand analysis.
