THE DEVELOPMENT OF SHENZHEN CITY IN 21 CENTURY
分析了深圳在21世纪面临的二元结构、经济不稳定、人口增长和水土资源短缺等制约因素，并提出了发展对策。
Shenzhen City is entering the second crucial constructing phrase.Twenty years' accumulation after Reform and Opening to outside in 1978 makes Shenzhen City boast its advantages in market mechanism, economic power, constraction of transportation and harbor, etc. But some negative factors, such as extrude dual structure, unstable economic unit, rapid increase in population, shortage of water and landresources, prevent from Shenzhen City from further development. Based on the analyses of the factors above, the author put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestion on the development of Shenzhen City in 21 century.
