Research on the Dislocation Phenomenon between China development Zone's Space Allocation and Usage——Taking Nanjing State-level Development Zones as an Example
研究了长三角地区开发区空间配置与使用之间的错位现象，以南京三个国家级开发区为例，分析了错位特征和原因，并提出了优化建议。
Development zone's space allocation and usage is related to Chinese urbanization's healthy development and the construction of a resources-saving-oriented society.Through a widely investigation on development zones' space structures in Yangtze Delta Region,especially in three state-level development zones in Nanjing city,this paper makes a typical analysis on development zones' space allocation and usage conditions.Firstly,the paper defines the conceptions of development zone's space allocation and space usage and then makes an empirical analysis on their characteristics.The results show that there is an evident dislocation between development zones' space allocation and usage.The characteristic of space allocation is comprehensive while characteristic of space usage is mismatched.Next,a deep analysis has been done on the reasons to this phenomenon.In the end,some suggestions have been proposed.According to the functional requirement of new urban space,the development zones should enhance the internal usage integration of different functional spaces and form an organic and coordinated inherent spatial relationship.
