INVESTIGATION OF EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS IN THE VIEW OF SCALE-FREE NETWORKS——A CASE STUDY OF SILK TEXTILE INDUSTRY CLUSTERS IN SHENGZE TOWN
以盛泽镇丝绸纺织产业集群为例，用无标度网络概念分析其外部关系，发现该集群在区域纺织业中处于劣势，与外部高端节点和国际顶级集群联系不足，提出通过工作分类、合作与差异化竞争优化外部联系，并延伸至高端节点以提升集群层级。
Based on investigation of the silk textile industrial clusters in Shengze town,the external relationship of local industrial clusters was analyzed by the conception of scale-free networks.Results show that investigation of external relationship of local industrial clusters could find the nodes location of cluster networks in different scale,which benefits finding the external key factors and upgrading pathway of local cluster development.The silk textile industrial clusters in Shengze town is in disadvantage position of regional textile industry,and it links insufficiently to high-grade factors of outer clusters and international top grade clusters.Strengthening work classification,cooperation and differential competition are the keys to optimize regional external links,while extending the link width to high-grade node of outer clusters and realizing the link to international top grade clusters are important ways to upgrade it's hub-node location and clusters level.There is important theoretical significance and practical value to apply scale-free theory and method to study industrial cluster with complex network characteristics.
