DRIVING FORCES STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE USE OF URBAN LAND OF COAL RESOURCE- EXHAUSTED CITIES
对九个煤炭资源枯竭型城市的建设用地扩张、土地利用结构和效率进行主成分分析，发现土地利用结构并非障碍，关键在于缩小土地经济、加快产业升级、发展劳动密集型产业、缓解失业、缩小贫富差距并增加生态投入。
Using SPSS software extracted major factors in the various drivers using principal component analysis on the basis of issues such as urban construction land expansion,land-use structure and land-use efficiency of nine cities.Conclusion: Construction of land-use structure of coal resource-exhausted cities is not barriers to achieve the sustainable use of urban land.The key lies in smaller land economy.Speeding up industrial upgrading,and developing labor-intensive industries,and easing the pressure of urban unemployment,and gradually reducing the gap between rich and poor and ensuring social stability is fundamental settlement of coal resource-exhausted cities to sustainable development and sustainable urban land use.It is more important to increase the ecological inputs,and take the road of sustainable urban development of coal resource-exhausted cities.
