The Influence and Spacial Distribution of Demand and Supply Factors on Urban Commodity Housing Price
利用1999-2007年35个城市的住宅数据，建立供需模型分析影响房价的因素，通过逐步回归揭示各城市的主要影响因素及其空间分布，并对城市进行分类。
From the point of supply and demand,the demand and supply models are established and the relationship between the influencing factors and the commodity housing price are analyzed by using 1999—2007 years residential-related data of 35 cities. Then,major influencing factors of each city are revealed by using stepwise regression and its spatial distribution is pointed out. Eventually,35 cities were cataloged based on the counting results.
