Evaluation on the Sustainable Development about the Coastal Economic Zone of China
以中国14个国家级沿海经济区为对象，用主成分分析提取8个影响因子，聚类分为5类，评估可持续发展水平，为不同区域提出对策。
Comprehensive evaluation of regional sustainable development ability,is an important content of sustainable development research,as well as important reference for the regional development strategy.Coastal Economic Zone is an important growth pole of regional development,and the most concentrated areas of resources and environment problems.With China's 14 national Coastal Economic Zone as the research object,from 26 elements about sustainable development of Coastal Economic Zone selectiing influence factors using principal component analysis,draw the following conclusions: Firstly,selecting comprehensive human level,environmental quality,opening ability,and economic development situation,the potential benefits of technology,the public and the natural resource,social security,ecological situation about city of the 8 factors,the cumulative contribution rate was 89.84%;Secondly,by the K-means cluster analysis,the coastal economy is divided into 5 types,including the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and the Shanghai Pudong New Area is the most sustainable region;Thirdly,according to evaluation of 5 types,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for different types of area.Studying on the level of sustainable development about the Coastal Economic Zone has important theoretical and practical value to formulate policies of sustainable development about coastal area.
