The Comparative Analysis of China's Urban and Rural Wealth Distribution
基于2007年家庭资产调查数据，计算并分析中国城乡财富分布特征，发现城乡财富不平等严重但并非源于最富群体过富，提高教育和改善婚姻状况有助于提升家庭财富水平。
Based on the Household Assets Survey Data System of AORDO Investment Research Center,this paper calculates China's 2007 urban and rural wealth distribution and analyzes the characteristics of the wealth inequality and household asset structure.The results show that there exists a serious wealth inequality in China's urban and rural areas,but it doesn't stem from that the richest group is too rich.To improve the level of education and the marital status could help to raise the level of household wealth.The portfolios of high wealth group households demonstrate the diversity.The portfolios of middle and low wealth group households are relatively simple,thus their ability to avoid risks is weak.In addition,the financing capability of urban and rural residents depends on the household wealth,that is,the higher the level of household wealth,the stronger their ability to finance.
