Evolution and the Impact on Resource-environment of Regional Development Level in Northeast China
研究了1995-2010年东北地区发展水平的演变，发现其持续上升，尤其2003年后受振兴战略推动；同时分析了发展对资源环境的占用、胁迫和影响，指出优化二者关系是实现可持续发展的关键。
Good resources-environment condition is the important foundation of regional development in Northeast China,and the development level of Northeast China evolved constantly in the support of resources-environment.This paper constructed and calculated the development degree index(RDD index) of Northeast China,the results showed that: Northeast China's development level has been on the rise from 1995 to 2010;especially since 2003,it is the implement of revitalize northeast strategy and a series of investment policy and regional development policy that promoted the accelerated promotion of regional development level.At the same time,the regional development level also produced relatively large effect on resource-environment system in Northeast China,and this effect mainly displays in the aspects of occupation of water and soil resources consumption,Coercion and consumption of regional resource-envi-ronment system,and impaction and promotion on environment influence,and so on.The paper pointed that take effective measures to optimize the relationship of regional development and resources-environment construction is the key to the sustainable development of Northeast China.
