RESEARCH ON DYNAMIC MECHANISM OF HEXI DISTRICT LAND-RECLAMATION ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT AND REGIONAL EFFECTS
分析了河西地区农垦企业在市场经济下面临的政策、市场竞争、内部组织优化、技术创新、企业文化及区域等六种动力，并指出这些企业通过辐射扩散效应促进了农业产业化、财政收入和就业，同时加速了区域发展。
Hexi region is one of the important agricultural and by-product supply base of Gansu province.The birth of land-reclamation enterprises have propelled the development of economy of Hexi region.This article analyses the dynamic mechanism of land-reclamation enterprises when they are facing the market economy.It can be concluded as policy force,market competition force,optimization of inner corporation organization,technology innovation,the force of corporation culture and the force from the region.On the basis of developing forces,the land-reclamation enterprises became into the organizational entity of economic space,contributed radiation and diffused effects to Hexi region,not only promoted the development of agricultural industrialization,increased the fiscal revenues,took up an occupation,but directed state economy to reform.At the same time,the convergency of land-reclamation enterprises also accelerated the development of a wide place in the road.The paper emphasized that local government should strength corporation with land-reclamation enterprises in order to realize the reciprocal development between them.
