THE EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS ON THE EFFECT OF THE INDUSTRIAL COLONY ON THE REGION ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT BASING ON THE OIL & GAS RESOURCES
用CRn指数、H指数和Ellison-Glaeser指数实证分析中国石油工业的集聚现象，发现上游高度集中于西部和东北地区，而下游在这些地区集聚较弱，产业链不完整阻碍了资源禀赋优势的发挥。
The paper made an empirical research on the agglomeration of Chinese petroleum industry,especially on the up-down stream of the petroleum industry by using CRn index,H index and Ellison-Glaeser index.The conclusion is that the up-stream appeared to be strongly centralized in West Territories and North East Territories,on the contrary,the down-stream in these regions appeared to be weakly centralized.The mutilation of industry chain of these regions' petroleum industry hindered the unleash of the advantage of resources endowment.
