AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS ON EMPLOYMENT EFFECTS OF MARINE INDUSTRY IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
基于浙江省数据，分析海洋产业对GDP和就业的贡献，评估劳动生产率，预测就业吸纳能力，并提出政策建议。
Marine industry has become a main domain in expanding employment of Zhejiang.This article analyses the GDP proportion of Zhejiang marine industry and change of employment proportion and evaluates labor productivity of Zhejiang marine industry on the basis of data of Zhejiang by comprehensively using methods and theories including statistics,economics and management and combining practical situation of industrial structure of Zhejiang ocean;analyses and forecasts rate of contribution of employment and absorptive capability for labor forces in the development of marine industry on the basis of illustrating the status quo of development and employment of Zhejiang marine industry by quantitative analysis;points out that marine industry should be the main force of Zhejiang to absorb employment and raises relevant political suggestions.
