THE ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT OF LAND-BANKING ORGANIZATIONS IN CHINA
基于全国土地储备机构的数据，揭示其在时间、地区和城市分类上的分布，并指出发展动力是地方政府利润需求与国家政策推动的互动，发展方向应从机构建设转向内涵扩展。
Based on data analysis of land-banking organizations all over the country, the research has disclosed the distribution of those organizations on time, regions and urban classifications. With the developing background of land-banking policy in China, the dynamic mechanism of the development of the land-banking system has been given,that is, the interaction of profit requirement of local government and impulse by national policy. The result has been pointed out that the direction of development of land-banking in China should be shifted from foundation of organization to expansion of connotation.
