Review on Procession of China's Urbanization
本文回顾了第九和第十个五年计划期间中国城市化的快速推进，指出其导致耕地减少、环境问题、土地城市化快于人口城市化等后果，并强调城市化应基于国情、有序推进，与产业结构及就业增长相协调。
During 9th Five-Year Plan and 10th Five-Year Plan period, especially during latter, proposal of seizing opportunity to speed up development of has further accelerated pace of urbanization which had already been in a fast speed, resulting in a certain degree a trend of rash advancement. The consequences of rash advancement are as follows: rapid expansion of urban area and decreasing farmland; The serious environment resource problems; Land urbanization has a much faster speed than population urbanization; Leading to uncoordinated development between urban and rural areas, causing phenomenon of the urban poor to happen. Therefore, our urbanization must be based on our national conditions and follow principle of gradual and orderly manner; The development of urbanization must be in line with level of industrial structure and increase of employment; Road of healthy urbanization and new countryside building should be united; Limitation of economic rational reason should be broken; Urbanization should focus on unity between token and content, unity between instrumental rationality and value rationality, and unity between fairness and efficiency.
