PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION OF DEVELOPING PATTERN OF SMALLTOWNS IN THE COURSE OF INCORPORATION OF CITY ANDCOUNTRY IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE——EXAMPLE ON ZHAOZHOU COUNTY OF DAQING CITY
分析了黑龙江省小城镇发展水平低、带动农村经济作用不足的问题，以大庆市肇州县为例，探讨适合该省的小城镇发展模式。
In the course of urbanization in our country,the important breakthrough point of urbanization is to develop small towns actively.Whether the small towns can step into the healthy developing path will affect the development of rural economy and the rural urbanization.Because of the environmental difference in the nature,economy,history,and culture in different regions,the developing patterns are diverse.The developing level of rural small towns in Heilongjiang province is lower,and it can't sufficiently bring the potential to drive the development of rural economy and quicken the step of urbanization into play.Exampled on Zhaozhou county of Daqing city,the paper analyses the basic developing conditions and relevant problems of small towns in order to probe into the patterns that are fit for the development of small towns in Heilongjiang province.
