Network Site Technological Learning and Innovation Performance of Cluster Enterprises——Based on Empirical Study of Shaoxing Textile Industry Cluster
基于社会网络分析理论，研究了绍兴纺织产业集群中企业网络位置对技术学习和创新绩效的影响，发现研究机构、专业市场和龙头企业是技术创新的基石。
Based on social network analysis theory,the paper analyses the network structure of Shaoxing Textile industry cluster.Then it explores the relationship between network site,technological learning and innovation performance of cluster enterprises.Furthermore,the paper selects four representative enterprises for further comparative analysis.The results demonstrate that research institutions,professional markets and leading enterprises are the cornerstone of technological innovation which plays important roles in industry cluster networks;network site not only has significantly positive effects on technological learning,but also innovation performance of cluster enterprises;technological learning can effectively improve innovation performance of cluster enterprises.In addition,the research puts forward some countermeasures to promote the technological innovation performance of Shaoxing Textile industry cluster.
