Environmental issues that tourism aroused broke the myth that tourism is smokeless industry.Eco-tourism as a means to achieve sustainable tourism development is quietly springing up worldwide.Chinese scholars have undertaken a series of explorations and studies on eco-tourism in several years after entering the 21st century,these studies can be concluded as seven general directions and 20 specific issues.Of course,domestic eco-tourism research has made five major achievements.In addition,the domestic eco-tourism study has seven deficiencies that need in the future to resolve.
