Analysis on Natural Endowment Constraint Condition and Break Through Mechanism in the Transformation of Resource-dependent Cities
研究了资源依赖型城市在转型中面临的自然资源禀赋约束困境，从资源储备和资源残余两方面分析约束机制，并探讨了突破这一约束的机制。
Under traditional economic growth mode,natural endowment determines a city′s economic development level to a large extent,resource enrichment makes the government tend to develop resource industry in the industry game,when resources become exhausted,however,great problems will appear.Based on the constraint dilemma of natural endowment in the process of transformation of resource-dependent cities,this article explores the mechanism that influences the transformation of resource-dependent cities′ natural endowment from the aspects of constraint of resources reserve and resources remnant,and it also expatiate the break through mechanism of the natural endowment constraint.
