A RESEARCH ON THE UNSUSTAINABLE RESOURCE FACTORS OF TOWNS DEVELOPMENT
将城镇发展资源分为必要资源（水、土地、人力、资本）和特色资源（特色农业、矿产、旅游、交通区位），指出资源不足是城镇不可持续发展的关键因素。
This paper thinks that there are three kinds of unsustainable factors of town development, one is the deficiency of resources, the second is the drawback of institutions ,the last is deficiency of knowledge. Own to space forbids, this paper stress on the deficiency of resources.This paper devides the resources into necessary resources and distinguished resources. the necessary resources including water resources, land resources, human resources and capital resources, are the essential resource for the sustainable development of towns. The distinguished resources including distinguished agriculture resources, mineral resources, tourism resources and distinguished communication and locational resources, can promote the sustainable development of towns, but those aren't the essential resource for the sustainable development of towns.
