EVALUATION OF COORDINATIVE DEVELOPMENT EFFICIENCY OF URBAN AND RURAL AREAS AND ANALYSIS OF ITS SPATIAL DIFFERENCE IN GANSU BASED ON DEA-ESDA
使用DEA-ESDA方法评价甘肃省城乡协调发展效率，发现其空间格局西高东低，存在投入冗余和俱乐部趋同现象，为区域协调发展提供参考。
The relationship between urban and rural areas has been a focus for regional research for a long time.They consist of two sub-systems of region by the interrelation and interaction of multi-element.This paper evaluates coordinative development of urban and rural areas and analyzes its spatial difference in Gansu based on DEA-ESDA.The result illustrates that the spatial pattern of coordinative development of urban and rural areas comprehensive level in Gansu is more advanced in west region than east region and it exists two DEA efficiency poles.Comprehensive is mainly restricted by scale efficiency.Obvious input redundancy phenomenon exists in most areas of Gansu,which can be solved by improving the environment,the industry structure and technique,the labor quality and the urbanization standard.There is a prominence spatial difference between region development and the two-side club(high level club and low level club) convergence exists in coordinative development of urban and rural areas in Gansu.It has been proved that DEA-ESDA analysis can reveal coordinative development of urban and rural areas and its spatial heterogeneity more distinctly,which provides a good reference for the evaluation and analysis about coordinative development of urban and rural areas.
