从研发流程结构类型角度分析研发对IT/IS应用的需求，考察几种研发流程管理方法的演进，总结IT/IS作为平台和使能者在研发流程管理中的作用。
The management of RD process is an important part in RD management,and its approaches and tools have much influence on the efficiency of RD management. Based on the analysis of the reqnirement of RD for IT/IS applications from the perspective of the type of RD process structure,it examines several RD process management approaches in the evolvement. As a result,it concludes the roles of IT/IS as the platform and enabler in RD process management.
