Pattern and Path Research of Highway Traffic Construction Based on Urban-Rural Overall Development——A Case Study of Chang-Zhu-Tan Zone
从城乡统筹视角研究长株潭地区公路交通建设，分析现有问题与影响因素，构建新发展模式并提出重要路径，对城乡交通规划者有用。
From the view of urban-rural overall development,this paper has studied the pattern and path of Chang-ZhuTan highway traffic construction. On the basis of conducting theoretical analysis,it analyzed the existing prominent problems,influence factors and demand of urban and rural highway traffic development,meanwhile,it constructed systematically of the new development pattern of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban and rural highway traffic and put forward the important paths. Researches showed that there are obvious problems and shortcomings in highway network layout of Chang-Zhu-Tan,network construction of rural road,traffic of rural-urban fringe zone and management of highway maintenance. At the same time,highway traffic construction is facing the huge influence of new factors,such as quick forming of the city corridor area,gradual integration of urban and rural space,changes of traffic mode of urban and rural residents,suburbanization and so on. In this situation,we should focus on objective orientations,such as to increase support for rural development,to break the urban and rural segmentation partition,to promote the development of urban and rural industrial economy as a whole,and to promote coordinated urban and rural resources exploitation and ecological environment protection. Furthermore,focus on accelerating the integration construction of urban and rural road network,innovating investment mechanism of rural highway construction and strengthening the coordinated development of highway traffic and modern industry.
