On The Method of Using Reserved Land Intensively in Integrated Park——A Case Study of Wuxi New District
本文以无锡新区为例，从建设现状、供地程序、集约程度和规划引导四个角度分析储备土地，将其分为三类并提出集约利用方法。
Recently,although how to make the best use of reserved land in industrial parks becomes a hot topic in both national and local government's development agenda,there still lacks a method to guide the overall intensively using of these land.This paper focuses on the integrated park and takes Wuxi New District as an example to analyze through different angles,summarize different categories and study the applications of all reserved land in order to inductively propose a method to use these land intensively.First,this article breaks down the analysis of reserved land through four different angles: current construction situation,land supply procedures,land-sue intensification and urban planning guidance.Additionally,we summerize these land into three categories as follows: supplied but not used land,inefficiently used land and adjusted landuse land.Then,based on land characteristics and land developing causes,we propose potential methods and detailed using process.
