From the following aspects, the recognition of relative position of competitive edge of investment environment,the orientation of the objectives of investment environment construction,the optimization of layout of spatial structure and improvement of regional investment environment ,the adjustment of industrial structure and optimization of industrial investment environment ,the improvement of soft investment environment, the reinforcement of infrastructure construction and the protection of the ecological environment, countermeasures for regulating and controlling the investment environment in Hubei province for optimization are proposed.
