Combination Analysis of Applicability Evaluation for Urban Land
针对生态适用性评价与城市发展意图的差异，以江苏沿海地区为例，组合分析了工程地质、生态和经济评价，为不同组合适用性的土地给出开发原则，解决了多重评价间的矛盾。
Ecological applicability evaluation has been widely used in planning of urban and rural areas of different dimension.However,as a result of the differences between the evaluation result and the intention of the city developing,the evaluation cannot truly guide the construction distribution of the city.In the case of Jiangsu coastal areas,the engineering geological evaluation,the ecological evaluation and the economic evaluation were combined and analyzed,and principles of exploiting were given to land of different combined applicability.The analysis deepened the ecological evaluation in a respect,and resolved the contradictions between multiple applicability evaluations.
