A STUDY ON COUNTY-LEVEL FUNCTIONAL BASED OF LAND USE IN UNDEVELOPED AREA——A CASE STUDY OF JISHOU CITY
通过层次聚类分析建立土地利用特征分区体系，对吉首市进行功能分区，并提出土地合理利用与管控建议，为欠发达地区土地管理提供参考。
China is known for large population and comparatively insufficient land resources.We can enhanced the land use control by functional-based land zoning to solve the obvious contradiction between supply and demand in undeveloped area during the period that industrialization and urbanization accelerate the development.By referencing the domestic abroad studies and adopting hierarchical cluster analysis,this thesis established a land-use features zoning system and based on that it performed functional zoning of Jishou city area.According to characteristics,this thesis proposed development and reasonable utilization of land and control recommendations.
