以农业用地定价理论为指导，针对广州市天河区农业用地特点，建立了包含基准地价类别、等级和变动范围的价格体系，为土地流转和税收提供科学依据。
With the guidance of agricultural land appraise-price theory, this paper choose correct methods and resolve a concrete standard according to the characteristics of agricultural land .The authors set up the agriculture land price system which includes the categories, ranks of the datum land price and changing range in Tianhe district Guangzhou city. This work provides a scientific basis of the land transfer and the land taxes of this area, and of deepening the reform of the property system, establishing the reasonable land market, and regarding the land resource as a property.
