A STUDY ON THE EVOLVEMENT CHARACTER IN TIME AND SPATIAL SERIES OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA AND IT'S SPATIAL STRATAGEM DISTRIBUTION
研究了中国高技术产业在时间和空间上的发展特征，发现其年均增长率超过10%，但区域差异显著，并提出了钻石型空间战略布局。
Based on the analysis of the evolvement character in time and spatial series of high technology industries development in China,the conclusion was showed that the rate of growth with development of high technology industries in China in the time series,the rate of annually average increase reached 10% above, not only in sum output, annual value added of industry,but also in the profit and exports.But on the geography distribution, there was signify diversity in the growth and development level of high technology industries between the different regional in China,there was signify advantage in the electronic and telecommunications equipment,computer and office equipment manufacturing industries in Guangdong province, on the following two industries, manufacture of medical and pharmaceutical products, manufacture of medical equipment and instrument meters industries, the obvious local advantage was respectively in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai, Hebei and Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, on the manufacture of aircraft and spacecraft industry,Shanxi, Heilongjiang,Jiangxi and Liaoning which was once state investment main region had signify advantage. The analysis result of geography concentrate index of input and output of high technology industries indicated that the clustering phenomenon of high technology industries was appeared in evidence, the clustering phenomenon was take place in Jingjintang zone,Changjiang delta zone and Zhujiang delta zone, According to the above analysis, the spatial stratagem distribution of high technology industries in China was discussed and an diamond spatial stratagem distribution was point out in this paper.
