A STUDY ON TECHNOLOGY LEARNING MODES OF CHINESE AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY
研究中国汽车产业技术学习模式，发现外资企业主导、产业集群集聚于三大都市圈，合资与民企模式在学习绩效上差异显著，民企模式更利于长期发展。
Technological learning of China's auto industry is one of the most important components to build the Chinese national innovation system.From the basic pattern of point of view,the new landscape of technological learning of China's auto industry is the result that the late-development advantage of domestic company and technological advantage of foreign invested enterprise shape together,but the foreign invested enterprise plays the leading role.The auto industry clusters increasingly agglomerate in the metropolitans of Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim.The whole and individual differences exist in learning efficiency of the auto industry.The technical level and self-development capacity ascend steadily in general.There are two consistent strategic orientations,that is,joint orientation and restructuring orientation,in venture mode,private enterprise mode,reorganization mode and merger and acquisition mode.However,the policies play the decisive role in the nature of these modes.The strategy of exchange market for technology leads to the dependence,but going out strategy promotes self-development of China's auto industry.In learning performance,joint venture mode greatly differs from private enterprise mode.The former focuses on exploit with joint + independence,the latter more focuses on explore with independence + cooperation and it is more positive for long-term development of China's auto industry.
