Probe into data problems in Digital City construction
本文探讨数字城市建设中的数据收集问题，指出数据缺乏、过时、分散、技术落后及商业化不足等困难，建议政府制定政策改善数据管理、共享和安全。
By detailing data needed for digital city construction, the author emphasizes the importance of data collecting when building a city into digital one. However, the present situation made it big difficulty as such data lackness and out of date, compartmentalized data set, obsolete technology on data save, retrieve, transport, and process, data industrialization and commercialization etc. It is an urgent for the governments to set up policies as institutional facilities, improvement of national standards, introduction of market system, strengthening of data technology and set up of data centers, reform of management, enhancing security, sharing and commercialization.
