RESEARCH AND PRACTICE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF CHANGZHOU CITY SPATIAL DATA INFRASTRUCTURE
介绍了常州市在数字城市建设中空间数据基础设施的构建，包括数据库功能关联、总体设计、基础数据库建设及数据特征分析，并指出了不足与改进方向。
Internet, computer technologies and geoinformatics bring the human to the time of Earth, Digital cities, as the most active nerve cells of digital earth, have been constructed throughout China and the world. In this paper, some research and practice of Changzhou in the digital city construction, especially its city spatial data infrastructure (CSDI) construction, are introduced. In section1, the internal functions of databases, the associations of functions and data are analyzed, and then all kinds of data are organized. In section 2, overall design thinking of Changzhou CSDI and the design of fundamental database--the core of CSDI--is introduced. In section 34, combining with the construction and application of Changzhou CSDI fundamental database, some data characteristics of Changzhou CSDI are analyzed. Then in section 5, the last section, the deficiencies in the construction of Changzhou CSDI and some improved means are pointed out.
