TECHNICAL EFFICIENCY OF GRAIN PRODUCTION IN UKRAINE
利用乌克兰国有农场的代表性样本,估计了谷物生产的随机前沿模型,发现技术无效率随时间增加,而农场基础设施投资与更高的技术效率相关。
A stochastic grain production frontier model is estimated on a representative sample of Ukrainian state farms. Technical inefficiency effects are modeled as a function of workforce composition, other farm-specific variables, and time. Technical inefficiency increased over time. Investment in farm infrastructure is associated with higher levels of technical efficiency.
