Abstract

This research calculate and rank plant industry net Carbon sink of China's 31 provinces in 2011. On this basis,introducing economic variables,on one hand,it used weight assignment method to evaluate comprehensively level of plant industrial development in each on other hand,through constructing matrix of plant industry development types to discuss coordination between net Carbon benefit and economic benefit in each The results show that: ①The regional differences of China's 31 provinces plant industry net Carbon sink amount are rather obvious,and amount of top 10 regions accounts for 66. 60% of total amount of plant industry net Carbon sink all over country,while these areas,ranking in bottom 10,accounts for 4. 13% of countrywide plant industry net Carbon sink. Among them, net Carbon sink amount of Henan Province,which ranks first,is up to 58. 8282 million tons in 2011,while last one,Shanghai,is only 0. 683 million tons. ②The assessment results of plant industrial comprehensive development level show that Guangxi,Beijing,Shandong,Guangdong,Liaoning ranking in top 5,while Guizhou,Jiangxi,Qinghai,Ningxia,Gansu are ranked in last 5. ③Based on dual perspective of net carbon benefit and economic benefit,the implementation of regional plant industry clustering shows that,Guangxi,Shandong and other 5 regions belong to thedouble-highregion; Jilin,Henan and other 2 regions belong to theecological-orientedregion; Guangdong,Hainan,Zhejiang and other 7 regions belong to theeconomic-oriented region; Chongqing,Yunnan,Shanxi and other 7 regions belong to the double-low region.
