AMP’s Domain and How It Complements Other AOM Journals

Is your research making a positive impact on society and our planet? Research impact can take many forms, but quite consistent with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (Beck-Dudley, 2019) as well as the Responsible Research in Business and Management initiative, AMP favors cross-disciplinary studies that blend theory and applied work with policy implications that make the world a better place. Stated simply, AMP is less interested in studies that unearth gaps in the literature, but is especially excited about research that engages with, or addresses, serious problems in the world (Kilduff, 2006) and reflects theorizing that yields new wisdom.
