This article presents comments on the employment opportunities for people with disabilities under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. The authors discuss the implications of the ADA for businesses in general and human resource professionals in particular. They highlight several aspects of the act that will most effect disabled Americans and note that the act is really a piece of civil rights literature.
