Retraction: Latukha, M, Veselova, A. Talent management, absorptive capacity, and firm performance: Does it work in China and Russia? Human Resource Management . 2019; 58: 503–519. https://doi.org/10.1002/hrm.21930 . The above article from Human Resource Management , published online on 6 July 2018 in Wiley Online Library ( wileyonlinelibrary.com ), and in Volume 58, pp. 503‐519, has been retracted by agreement between the journal Co‐Editors‐in‐Chief, Howard J Klein and Fang Lee Cooke, and John Wiley and Sons Ltd. The retraction has been agreed following concerns raised by a third‐party about the accuracy of the data, specifically about an artificial increase in sample size. An investigation into these concerns revealed a number of inconsistencies in the data underpinning the article that support the initial complaint. The journal has determined that these inconsistencies impact the conclusions published in the article. The authors, Marina Latukha and Anna Veselova, disagree with the retraction.
