Organization Ethics and Antecedents to Social Control Processes
The study of ethical issues in modern organizations has not reached the sophistication of other behavioral science pursuits. A research and theory development strategy must evolve, including using a broader input from the social sciences. Focus should be directed toward particular forms of questionable ethical conduct and factors affecting resultant social controls.
