This Index lists the authors of the books in the March, June, September, and December Annotated Listing of New Books by author, alphabetically, with their subject classifications (primary subject first), and “JEL numbers.” (Note: “R.D.” stands for Related Disciplines.”) If a book has more than one author, each name (up to six) is listed separately. Annotations are numbered consecutively by JEL number in the Annotated Listing section of each issue, as follows: March 2006–0001 to 2006–0415, June 2006–0416 to 2006–0824, September 2006–0825 to 2006–1244, and December 2006–1245 to 2006–1563.
