This Index lists the authors of the books in the March, June, September, and December Annotated Listing of New Books by author, alphabetically, with their primary subject classifications and “JEL numbers.” (Note: “R.D.” stands for Related Disciplines.”) If a book has more than one author, each name (up to six) is listed separately. Annotations are numbered consecutively by JEL number in the Annotated Listing section of each issue as follows: March 2010–0001 to 2010–0324, June 2010–0325 to 2010–0799, September 2010–0800 to 2010–1157, and December 2010–1158 to 2010–1517.
