This Index lists the authors of the books in the March, June, September, and December Annotated Listing of New Books by author, alphabetically, with their primary subject classifications and “JEL numbers.” (Note: “R.D.” stands for Related Disciplines.”) If a book has more than one author, each name (up to six) is listed separately. Annotations are numbered consecutively by JEL number in the Annotated Listing section of each issue as follows: March 2008–0001 to 2008–0321, June 2008–0322 to 2008–0747, September 2008–0748 to 2008–1169, and December 2008–1170 to 2008–1582.
