The continued success of Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM) relies on the support of authors and reviewers. On behalf of M&SOM, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the department editors, guest editors, associate editors, guest associate editors, and reviewers who provided expert counsel and guidance on a voluntary basis.
