After serving two consecutive 3-year terms, we stepped down as Editors in Chief (EIC) of Corporate Governance: An International Review (CGIR) on December 31, 2024.We feel that the journal's policy of a 6-year maximum EIC term is not only a sensible governance practice but also a good strategy since it encourages refreshment at all levels of the editorial board.We are very excited that our excellent editors Omrane Guedhami and Krista Lewellyn have been chosen by Wiley to lead the journal for years to come!Omrane and Krista are not only brilliant, ethical, and impactful researchers but have also served the CGIR community with dignity and dedication for years.
